This means that they are temporary. Although sometimes it may not seem this way, all emotions are equally necessary, and that is why it is very important to learn to understand and express them. This way we can know how we feel, and we can communicate that to the people around us. Also, if we learn to recognize our own emotions, we will be able to better understand the emotions of other people.
