During the Stone Age, which started roughly 3.3 million years ago and ended around 8700 and 2000 BC, many scientists have speculated about the possibility that Neanderthals, modern humans and mammoths shared the same space .

In fact, Neanderthals lived until about 40,000 years ago and mammoths until 4,000 years ago.
