Recently some of the geometric construction features were removed from GeoGebra graphing calculator in order to make it high-stake exam compliant. Now, what are High-stake examinations. These are those where if students pass the exam, it would have some important consequences, for example, the student will get a diploma or a certificate. Unlike the formative assessments, this is an important exam. This exam is normally taken using Mobile Device Management (MDM) devices. And Graphing calculator can be used in the exam mode, where the MDM application will allow only one application to be run on a student's device. Graphing calculator of GeoGebra is still a powerful tool and can be used for executing thousands of Geogebra commands as explained in this video.
