LIGHT: REFLECTION AND REFLACTION 💡 Science for Kids ⚡ Part 2 🌈
Educational video for kids to learn about light's main properties: reflection and refraction. Reflection is a property that makes it possible to see objects that do not emit light. It occurs when light rays called incident rays collide with an object and later when these rays bounce in another direction, they are called reflected rays. There are two types of reflection: specular and diffuse reflection. Refraction occurs when light rays pass from one medium to another, for example from air to water, causing them to change their speed and direction. The light rays that reach an object are called incident rays and the light rays that change their trajectory or velocity are called refracted rays. Refraction is also a property that allows white light to be broken down into different colors.
This is a very useful and interesting video resource for young children to learn about the properties of light. It is an excellent video for primary education.
