Educational video for children to learn several personal hygiene habits. Apart from washing our hands, there are other personal hygiene habits essential to looking after our body. One of the most important ones is to shower at least once a day, especially after doing sports. While showering, we apply soap on our body and head, and then we rinse off. When we finish our shower, it is important to dry off using a clean towel! We should also comb our hair, use clean clothes and cut our fingernails, as they grow. Other relevant hygiene habits are brushing our teeth after every meal and washing our face before going to bed and after getting up. Remember that hygiene is important, to feel clean and healthy.
