Why PNoy approves implementation of K-12 education program?

The K-12 program of the Department Education will now be officially implemented this school year, despite the challenges it is currently facing in the Supreme Court. President Noynoy Aquino proudly declares that the educational program is the key to improve the quality of education here in the country.
