🔴⛵ Welcome to a very special LIVE session from Happy Learning! In this live stream, we will learn all about Christopher Columbus and the Discovery of America in 1492, one of the most important events that changed the course of history.
🌎✨ Through clear explanations, engaging animations, and simple examples, children will discover who Christopher Columbus was, why the Catholic Monarchs supported his expedition, what the journey on the three caravels —the Niña, the Pinta, and the Santa María— was like, and what happened when they reached a continent unknown to Europeans.
👧🧒 This live session is designed for primary school children, families, and teachers, with the goal of learning history in a dynamic, interactive, and entertaining way. There will be questions, activities, and reflections about the consequences of the Meeting of Two Worlds and Two Cultures.
🎓 At Happy Learning, we believe that education should be fun and inclusive. That’s why our live sessions turn history into a shared experience that sparks curiosity, encourages critical thinking, and helps children better understand the past.
"History in Primary School allows children to learn about and understand the past in order to make sense of the present and build the future. From Prehistory, Ancient Egypt, and the Roman Empire to the Middle Ages, discoveries, and revolutions, each video is designed to make learning dynamic and exciting.

Q & A reptiles
Hello Happy friends, are you ready to learn?
I’m Sarah, and today, we’re going to play a Q.A game about reptiles.
Let’s start
Do you know what the word reptile means? Let’s look at three options
That they move with their tummy very close to the ground
That their body is covered in scales
That they have a very long tongue
Exactly! The word reptile meals that these animals move with their stomach touching the ground.
Reptiles always crawl when they’re moving, that means, that their tummy is touching, or very close to the ground, like this snake! Or this lizard… Or this crocodile! They also have their bodies covered in strong and resistant scales to protect themselves, and cold blood!
Well, now we know what the word Reptile means, but do you know how they reproduce?
They are oviparous, they are born from the eggs laid by their mothers… or…
They are viviparous, they are born from their mother’s womb.
Exactly! They are oviparous!
All reptiles are born from the eggs that their mothers have laid. When they develop and come out, they look exactly the same as their parents, but tiny. Here you can see miniature crocodiles, most of them are carnivores and some of them have venom in their teeth, like this snake.
The truth is that when reptiles are small, they are super cute, but when they are older… there are some that are very scary…
Don’t you think so?
Well, let’s go for the last question! Which one of these animals is a reptile?
A frog
A tortoise
I knew it! The tortoise!
Tortoises are reptiles, although lots of people get them confused with amphibians. As you can see in the images, tortoises have their body full of scales, they reproduce through eggs and although lots of them live in the water, they breathe through lungs.
-
It’s clear that tortoises are reptiles, Crystal clear?
I hope you’ve answered all questions correctly, but if you haven’t, it’s okay, the most important thing is that you’ve learnt!
Goodbye Happy Friends, See you next time!
I hope you’re always ready to learn!
Goodbyee!

Is Earth the only living needle in this haystack of planets?
Don’t miss our next video! SUBSCRIBE! ►► http://bit.ly/iotbs_sub
Are there exoplanets like Earth? We live in one of a hundred billion of galaxies, each with hundreds of billions of stars. And now, thanks to modern astronomy, we know that the Milky Way is home to perhaps a hundred billion planets! In the past two decades, these exoplanet discoveries have spawned new questions about our universe, and if there might be another Earth, or other life, somewhere out there.
In part 1 of our two-part series on exoplanets, we'll look at how astronomers find exoplanets, and what it means to call them Earth-like. We'll trace the history of planetary science back three thousand years and examine Earth's changing status in the cosmos. We were once the center of the universe, and now Earth is just another rock in the sky. What does that mean for us?
