Ratio proportion problems give middle and high school students major headaches. Now a simple easy effective quick fun and virtually failsafe method to teach students how to set up and solve these pesky problems is presented. The method uses a TicTacToe game format. The video is only about 18 minutes long and 10 example problems are setup and solved. Feedback is appreciated.

Students learn about energy flow in food webs, including the roles of the sun, producers, consumers and decomposers in the energy cycle. They model a food web and create diagrams of food webs using their own drawings and/or images from nature or wildlife magazines. Students investigate the links between the sun, plants and animals, building their understanding of the web of nutrient dependency and energy transfer.

Today we are here to talk about the letter “N” and how you can make your child learn about it, write it and pronounce it.

For starters, if you are a parent who is opting for homeschooling for your child then you can take some help from the internet, especially from Youtube.

You see, Youtube has it all, you just need to type, let’s suppose “ how to pronounce the letter “N” in the search engine and you will have several videos pop up in front of you. Moreover, you will even get some amazing visual of the letter which is why yes, you need to start using the internet to teach your child different letters and figures.

As a teacher, we’d suggest you to use different activities and diagrams, etc to attract the child in a way that he picks up the letter “N” real quick. You see, kids are more drawn to visuals and that’s exactly what you need to use to put something in their minds.

To pronounce the word “N”, you need to block the air from leaving your mouth and then you need to press the tip of your tongue with the teeth ridge. When the soft palate will drop and when the air is allowed to pass through your mouth, you will then be able to hear the sound of “N”.

This calculus 2 video tutorial provides a basic introduction into the integral test for convergence and divergence of a series with improper integrals. To perform the integral test, let the sequence be equal to a function that is continuous, positive, and decreasing on the interval [1, infinity). If these conditions are met, then the infinite series will converge if the definite integral from 1 to infinity converges. If the integral test is divergent, then the series is divergent as well. Examples and practice problems include integration techniques such as u-substitution, power rule for integration, trigonometric substitution which leads to inverse tangent functions, and completing the square before integration. This calculus video tutorial explains how to find the local maximum and minimum values of a function. In order to determine the relative extrema, you need to find the first derivative, set it equal to zero, and solve for x which represents the critical numbers of the function. You need to put these numbers on a number line and create a sign chart. According to the first derivative test, if the sign changes from - to +, it's a relative maximum. If it changes from + to -, it's a relative minimum. This video contains plenty of examples and practice problems for you to work on.
