FUN FACTS ABOUT HALLOWEEN
Hello Friends, welcome to a new Happy Learning Video. Look at these images! Witches, Monsters, Ghosts, living dead… yes, it’s arrived… Halloween! and laughs and scares, and candy!
But do you know what Halloween’s origins are? Do you know why we use pumpkins so often? Today, we’re going to get to know lots of things that you didn’t know about… The night of the living dead!
There are many theories about Halloween’s origins, but the most spreaded one, says that this party started thousands of years ago in Irland, were the Celts celebrated the end of harvesting and the start of autumn.
Over time, it was celebrated on the 31st of October, which was when they believed spirits from the dead came back to life. Because this was very scary, everyone would dress up as a ghost or zombie, so spirits wouldn’t recognize them, and wouldn’t attack them. Also, so they wouldn’t get upset, sweets and candy were left at doorsteps for them.
Because there was no electric light, pumpkins, were used as lanterns. Pumpkins were carved and emptied, to be filled with candles and red hot coal, to guide the spirits with their light! But… there are people who also believe pumpkins were placed on doorsteps with face shapes to scare off the spirits.
Now we’ve got to know things we didn’t know about Halloween, everyone let’s dress up… Goodbye friends! See you in the next happy learning video. Ah! And don’t forget to subscribe to Happy Learning tv! Trick or treat!

Introduction to metamorphic rocks
Metamorphic rocks come from existing rocks that are subjected to extreme heat and pressure
Welcome to MooMooMath and Science and metamorphic rocks.
Metamorphic rocks are created when extreme heat and pressure changes the original structure into a new type of rock sedimentary igneous and even metamorphic rocks can all become
metamorphic rocks when exposed to heat and pressure. the original rock is referred to as the
protolith but it's commonly referred to as the parent rock.
Contact metamorphism occurs when existing rock comes into contact with extreme heat like magma inside the earth and becomes something new
Regional metamorphism is caused by extreme pressure. The pressure presses and squeezes the rock and transforms it. Kinda like gravity acts on this balloon. This will occur at convergent plate boundaries. Existing rocks are transferred into new rocks at these boundaries.
two major types of metamorphic rocks are foliated rocks which have a layered or banded appearance and non-foliated which do not have these bands or layers

Song Lyrics:
Seven days are in one week. That's right!
Each day is something new.
Now, think about the many things
that you may want to do.
Sunday is the first day.
Have fun with the family.
A drive, the zoo, a picnic—
or maybe do all three!
Monday is the second day.
The week is on its way.
What a good idea it is
to go outside and play!
Sunday! Monday!
Tuesday! Wednesday! Thursday!
Friday! Saturday!
Then start again on Sunday.
A week is seven days!
Tuesday is the third day—
a great day for the park.
Swinging, sliding, climbing things
until the sky gets dark!
Wednesday is the fourth day.
And something that's fun to know—
it's in the middle of the week
with three more days to go!
Sunday! Monday!
Tuesday! Wednesday! Thursday!
Friday! Saturday!
Then start again on Sunday.
A week is seven days!
Thursday is the fifth day—
a play date with a friend.
You have so much fun that you
never want this day to end!
Friday is the sixth day.
Outside, you hear some rain.
Do a puzzle! Draw a picture!
Read a story or play a game!
Sunday! Monday!
Tuesday! Wednesday! Thursday!
Friday! Saturday!
Then start again on Sunday.
A week is seven days!
Saturday's the seventh day.
And now the week is done.
Seven days go by so fast
when you are having fun!
Sunday! Monday!
Tuesday! Wednesday! Thursday!
Friday! Saturday!
Then start again on Sunday.
A week is seven days!
Sunday! Monday!
Tuesday! Wednesday! Thursday!
Friday! Saturday!
Then start again on Sunday.
A week is seven days!
I said a week is seven days. Yeah!

In this video we help kids learn the 4 types of context clues and put them into practice so that they can have an easier time learning hard words while reading. It can be especially frustrating for students when they come across a word that they haven't seen before. Using context clues is a very valuable skill that helps kids enjoy learning and reading.
In this video we cover the 4 types of context clues, which are: Definition or Rewording, Synonym or Similar, Antonym or Opposite, Logic. We also practice learning words by using context by reading a number of different sentences. We hope you and your kids/students have a great time learning some difficult words while practicing Context.

Here’s a quick Spanish lesson on suffixes.
A suffix is a group of letters added to the end of a word that adds to the meaning of the word.
In this video we will go over the suffix -ería. This is used to add the information of a store and is used to add onto nouns.
Please like the video and share with others who could benefit. More Spanish lessons coming.

Clean up, clean up
We all had fun today
Now it’s time to clean up and

There’s shoes and socks and balls and bats
