โThe Giant Killerโ, as his comrades-in-arms called him, was the smallest man to serve in the military of the United States.
With a height of only 4 feet 9 inches, and weighing just 97Ibs, he wasnโt even supposed to enter the force.
The Army was his lifeโs dream, though, and he was determined to make it happen contrary to other peopleโs opinions.

Recommended video: Jobs and their classification
https://youtu.be/GuzmULmcU0E
-----
Hello friends, welcome to a new happy learning video. We already know that jobs are divided into three sectors. The Primary sector, extracts raw materials from nature, the Secondary or manufacturing sector, transforms raw materials into elaborated or semi elaborated products and the tertiary or service sector, is the one we are going to learn about today.
The tertiary sector are jobs where the products made in the secondary are sold to us, or offering us a service. So you understand it better, weโre going to look at two examples.
In a shop, they sell us products in exchange for money, like food or clothes. In a hairdressers, however, they donโt sell us a product, they cut our hair so we look beautiful, they offer us a service in exchange for money. These activities, both those who sell us a product and those who offer us a service are part of the tertiary sector.
Letโs get to know various kinds of economic activities, or jobs which are in the tertiary sector. Youโll see some are suuuper important.
Welfare is in charge of looking after our health. Doctors and nurses work hard to take care of us if weโre sick. Itโs a super important sector, Donโt you think?
Education is also suuper important. Teachers work in schools to teach students knowledge and values. Thanks to education, weโll be able to reach a greater world in the future, cleaner and with greater justice.
Transport is also a service. Taxis, buses, lorries, trains, boats and planes, transport goods, animals and people, from one place to another. The bus which takes us to school is part of this sector.
Communication is another crucial type of service nowadays. The internet or mobile phones allow us to communicate from great distances.
And finally, trade. Shops where we can buy everything we need, food, clothes, anything! When trade is made within the country, itโs called domestic trade, but when itโs done between countries, itโs called international trade. If our country buys products from other countries, we call it import. But if our country is the one to sell their products, we call it export.
There are more jobs dedicated to the service sector, like tourism, banks, restaurants, but thereโs one which we love, entertainment! The Cinema, theatre, football or attraction parks all make us have lots of fun in our leisure time.
There are lots of types of jobs in the tertiary sector, donโt you think? And some super fun ones!
Do you want to get to know more about the different jobs in the tertiary sector? Do you want to know what imports and exports are?
You do? Well click on this link and youโll be able to watch the whole video on Happy Learning Tv, Iโm sure youโll get an excellent grade in your exam.
Goodbye Happy friends, see you in our next video!

Geometry on Khan Academy: We are surrounded by space. And that space contains lots of things. And these things have shapes. In geometry we are concerned with the nature of these shapes, how we define them, and what they teach us about the world at large--from math to architecture to biology to astronomy (and everything in between). Learning geometry is about more than just taking your medicine ("It's good for you!"), it's at the core of everything that exists--including you. Having said all that, some of the specific topics we'll cover include angles, intersecting lines, right triangles, perimeter, area, volume, circles, triangles, quadrilaterals, analytic geometry, and geometric constructions. Wow. That's a lot. To summarize: it's difficult to imagine any area of math that is more widely used than geometry.
About Khan Academy: Khan Academy offers practice exercises, instructional videos, and a personalized learning dashboard that empower learners to study at their own pace in and outside of the classroom. We tackle math, science, computer programming, history, art history, economics, and more. Our math missions guide learners from kindergarten to calculus using state-of-the-art, adaptive technology that identifies strengths and learning gaps. We've also partnered with institutions like NASA, The Museum of Modern Art, The California Academy of Sciences, and MIT to offer specialized content.

Germs are everywhere. They are often responsible for making people sick. They're so small, you can only see them with a microscope. In Germs for Kids, you and will learn all about the four types of germs that exist in the word: bacteria, viruses, fungi, and protozoa. Let's see what you already know and what you will learn throughout the video!
The first type is bacteria. Bacteria are single-celled organisms that live inside and outside of you body. They can cause ear infections, sore throats, cavities, and more. Not all bacteria are bad, though. In fact, there is lots of good bacteria in some of the food we eat, and our bodies need good germs to help use up the nutrients we ingest. Doctors even use good bacteria to create medicines and vaccines.
Viruses, on the other hand, are all bad. Some examples include chicken pox, the flu, and the measles. Viruses like to invade healthy cells and multiply as the host cell multiplies. Because our bodies have so many cells, there are lots of places for viruses to invade. When we get sick from a virus, we can get what's called a vaccine or immunization to help fight it.
The next type of germ is fungi. A fungus is like a plant and actually consists of many cells rather than just one. Fungi like to live in warm and wet places, such as between a personโs toes. Many fungi donโt cause problems for healthy people. Examples include athleteโs foot, skin infections, and other rashes. Some fungal infections are contagious and can pass from one person to another.
The last type of germ is a protozoa. Like fungi, protozoa live in wet places. And like bacteria and viruses, they also have only one cell. Many live in the water, which is how they spread diseases and infections. Water that is not safe to drink may contain protozoa. These germs can lead to stomach aches, diarrhea, and nausea. The video explains lots of ways to help stop the spread of germs. Keep watching to find out!
We hope you and your student(s) enjoyed learning about these different kinds of germs! If you want to learn even more, head over to our website and download one of our many free lesson plans about this topic, full of activities, worksheets, and more!

Lesson Title: Divisibility Rules
File: Interactive Math PowerPoint presentation
Grade: 6
Dividing by 1:
All numbers are divisible by 1.
Divisible by 2:
All even numbers are divisible by 2.
Even numbers are numbers that end with either 2, 4, 6, 8, or 0.
Divisible by 3:
Add up the digits of the number.
If that number is divisible by 3, then the original number is.
If your sum is still a big number, continue to add the digits.
Dividing by 4:
If the last 2 digits together are divisible by 4.
Dividing by 5:
