In this video, teacher and author Larry Ferlazzo explains that differentiating instruction is really about getting to know your students and making decisions, often in the moment, based on what they need. He offers some low-lift strategies he’s learned over the years for making activities accessible for students with all types of gifts and challenges.

Lichen is a combination of algae and fungi. It is estimated that 6% of the land on Earth is covered with lichen. This organism is a combination of algae or cyanobacteria living among fungi.
This mutualistic relationship allows the lichen to live in areas that would be impossible for plants.
Educational video for children to learn what electricity is and how it is produced. Before electricity was invented, people used candles for light. Now, with just a push of a button, we can light up our houses. Not only that, with electricity, we can power trains and amusement park rides! We can create electricity by using the energy from natural resources around us like fossil fuels, wind (eolic energy), water (hydraulic energy) or even the sun (solar energy). Energy transported through cables and wires or it can be stored in batteries. This video is an excellent resource for elementary school.

This week Craig is going to give you a broad overview of elections in the United States. So as you may have noticed, there are kind of a lot of people in the U.S, and holding individual issues up to a public vote doesn't seem particularly plausible. So to deal with this complexity, we vote for people, not policies, that represent our best interests. But as you'll see, this process was not thoroughly addressed in the Constitution, so there have been a number of amendments and laws at the state level implemented to create the election system we all know and (maybe) love today.

Title: Division by 5 - Fast And Easy Math Learning Videos
In this lesson, you'll learn the basic facts for dividing by 5.
Dividing by 5 is the same as finding the missing factor when five is the other factor, which you already know how to do.
To find the answer to this problem, we ask the question, "What number do we multiply by 5 to get 20?"
You know that the answer to that question is 4.
So when we divide 20 by 5 the answer is 4.
Another example. 35 divided by 5.
The answer to the division problem is the same as for this missing factor problem.
What number do we multiply by 5 to get 35?
We multiply by 7.
So when we divide 35 by 5 the answer is 7.
Here's a quick reminder for solving these problems.
When the number you're dividing into ends in 0, the answer is two times the number of tens.
When the number you're dividing into ends in 5, the answer is two times the number of tens plus one more.
