Check out the NEW Math Game we made at https://www.MageMath.com/
It is a full video game called Mage Math that helps kids build confidence in math while having tons of fun.
In this video we talk about more and fewer. The video gives the students a visual way to see when there are more or fewer objects. This lesson goes great with objects to use right after the video. As students get their hands on objects and learn the difference between more and fewer it will relate to them easier.
Kindergarten students will love the video so please share it.

Finance and capital markets on Khan Academy: Interest is the basis of modern capital markets. Depending on whether you are lending or borrowing, it can be viewed as a return on an asset (lending) or the cost of capital (borrowing). This tutorial gives an introduction to this fundamental concept, including what it means to compound. It also gives a rule of thumb that might make it easy to do some rough interest calculations in your head.
About Khan Academy: Khan Academy offers practice exercises, instructional videos, and a personalized learning dashboard that empower learners to study at their own pace in and outside of the classroom. We tackle math, science, computer programming, history, art history, economics, and more. Our math missions guide learners from kindergarten to calculus using state-of-the-art, adaptive technology that identifies strengths and learning gaps. We've also partnered with institutions like NASA, The Museum of Modern Art, The California Academy of Sciences, and MIT to offer specialized content.

Let's chat for 30 minutes about GeoGebra and how easy it is to get you started for the school year when teaching math.
A quadratic equation is an equation in the form of ax^2 + bx + c = 0, where x is the variable and a, b, and c are constants. Quadratic equations can be solved using various methods such as factoring, completing the square, or using the quadratic formula: x = (-b ± √(b^2 - 4ac)) / 2a. The solutions to a quadratic equation are known as the roots and are represented by x1 and x2.

In 3rd grade math we want you to start using bigger numbers and start multiplying and dividing, too. By the way, did you know that some numbers aren’t actually “whole?” They’re “partially whole.” We call them fractions! We want you to start playing around and having fun with those, too. There's also area, perimeter, and place value to be discovered. Whew. We have so much to do and can't wait to do it with you. Let's go!
