EdTech PD Explained: Differentiation, Personalisation and Staying Current

Reason four: adaptability to diverse needs. There are genuinely brilliant tools out there for differentiation and personalisation. The problem isn't a lack of tools, it's that not every colleague has had someone sit down and actually show them how to use them.

We're not all going to love EdTech the way I do. Some staff have a base level of knowledge, some are intermediate, and some are all in. EdTech PD meets every one of them where they are, so they can genuinely differentiate for their students, not just where they're supposed to.

Reason five: staying current with educational trends. A couple of years ago, ChatGPT landed and changed the shape of education almost overnight. AI is now part of daily teaching life, whether we asked for it or not. EdTech PD is what keeps our practice relevant instead of playing catch-up.
