To close the financial literacy gap and better prepare students for the real world, Capital One and Junior Achievement Worldwide teamed up to create Capital One/Junior Achievement Finance Park. Capital One/Junior Achievement Finance Park is a mobile financial education program that allows middle and high school students to study personal finance in the classroom and apply what they have learned by visiting a JA-operated miniature city where they make adult financial decisions. Since 2008, the Capital One/JA Finance Park program has delivered this vital financial education program to over 9,000 NYC and Long Island students - with a vision of raising the level of financial literacy in the USA.
