Eight hour Sprint Planning sessions and four hour Sprint Reviews work fine on a product team. They don't work in a classroom with 45 minute periods and a syllabus to finish.

In this video, we take all five Scrum events and rebuild them for real classroom constraints: the sprint length, sprint planning, the daily check-in, the sprint review, and the retrospective. You'll see exactly how much time each one takes, what changes, and what has to stay the same no matter how short your periods are.

We also walk through a real example: an eighth-grade geography teacher running a four-week unit with 26 students and 45-minute periods, twice a week. You'll see the lesson-by-lesson breakdown, including exactly how much extra time the whole unit actually costs.

What you'll learn:
✅ How to size a sprint to your subject and schedule
✅ How to turn Sprint Planning into a single lesson
✅ Why the daily check-in works even if you only meet twice a week
✅ How to combine the Sprint Review and Retrospective into one lesson
✅ When to let students pick their own teams, and when to build teams yourself

This is one part of a full framework for bringing Agile structure into any classroom, without turning it into a software project.
