Search "one person AI business" on YouTube and you will find dozens of videos. Most of what they teach genuinely works. That is not the problem.

The problem is what each one quietly requires before it works. A technical skill you do not have yet. A client who can fire you in 90 days. Capital you cannot afford to lose.

There are three versions of this business. Two of them are jobs with a business label attached. I break down all three and what each one actually costs you before your first sale.

You'll learn:
1️⃣ The three versions of the one-person AI business, and why two of them stop paying the moment you stop working
2️⃣ Why "recurring" agency revenue is the least recurring income in online business
3️⃣ Why I would not tell a beginner to build a software company, even though I own one
4️⃣ Why almost nobody teaches the third model properly, and the single belief that keeps most beginners out of it
5️⃣ The four moving parts of a digital product business: product, store, content, ladder
6️⃣ The structural mistake that has beginners hunting brand new strangers every month instead of building on the buyers they already have

Most people choose a business model the way they choose a New Year's resolution. They pick the one with the most noise around it, go all in, and have nothing to show six months later. Then they move to the next one.

The model matters less than one test: if it stops paying the moment you stop working, it is a job with better branding.

I started with the hard version. Eight years ago that meant a shared apartment, a fast food shift, and student debt at UCLA. Today it is three companies and a full-time team. The useful part of this video is not my outcome. It is the sequence, and the step almost everyone skips.

I walk through the full build, start to finish, in the free 4-part series linked first above.
