Today, Colleen is working on creating a student lesson for coding with #MakeCode Arcade and using Makey Makey. MakeCode Arcade already has great tutorials for learning to code with their block-based system, like this Galaga inspired project!

Take a look at the Makey Makey - a unique maker and circuitry kit that turns anything into a keyboard. Like Makey Makey, micro:bit is part of the SparkFun family and lets students invent and tinker with circuitry.

I used conductive paint from Bare Conductive with MaKey MaKey to make paintings of musical notation that you can play. The software making the sounds is called SoundPlant.
