Maths Lab + GeoGebra Training Day 10 ,GeoGebra Session by Try For Learn Team
Presentation: Nabin Devkota
Hello namaskar
It's me, YP Joshi, a mathematics teacher, educator and learner. I am keenly interested to learn mathematics and share my ideas and experiences of teaching and learning with others. I have planned to share all of my knowledges that I have learnt and experienced with all those who are interested to learn. I am hopeful that my experiences and learning will be helpful to many of the students, learners and teachers.
In this video, you can learn the basic concept of reflection and reflect different shapes in different axes and lines.
Thank you so much!

A five minute math lesson on how to graph all conics using Cartesian general form using geogebra.
There's plenty more support for using GeoGebra at their homepage: www.geogebra.org
Here are direct links to pages we visit:

This is non-commercial use for educational purposes as allowed by GeoGebra's license. (Thank you, GeoGebra development community!!)
This video helps teachers learn to make applets in Geogebra.

Introduction CAS to solve statistics basic problems
this video discusses about how do we integrated graspable math with GeoGebra.
This one is a MUST check out if you're a Math teacher or student.
You'll find so many interesting activities and visual explanations created by fellow Math educators. They're so helpful, inspiring and super easy to use in our classrooms.
Do try and share if you find it helpful!

I construct a cycloid (the path of a point on a rolling circle) using the Locus command in Geogebra
You can reflect an object in a circle. This is called circle inversion, and is worthy of a google to find out the details.
See all students creating Chords and Circles at the same time. Tim Brzezinski is going to help me figure out how to make an activity with GeoGebra whiteboards so I can see student responses in real time. Kick up the DOK and the engagement of students by using GeoGebra Classroom.
🎉 New to #GeoGebra Notes: Insert a table! Hyperlink cells. Dare to be different? You can rotate tables, texts, & videos too. 🙃 https://www.geogebra.org/notes

Markus Hohenwarter from the School of Education at Johannes Kepler University Linz talks in his speech about the free math app GeoGebra. GeoGebra was created by global community and was started over 15 years ago with a master's thesis that wanted to join math apps for geometry and algebra in one combined tool. Today, GeoGebra is a global community of teachers and students who have already shared more than 1 million interactive open educational resources on www.geogebra.org.
The lecture was recorded on June 25, 2018 at the OCCE.2018 in Linz/Austria.
Join our student advocates as they 'teach the teacher' about their favorite SMART Learning Suite tools and tips. This video shows how Notebook integrates with GeoGebra, an excellent math platform with tools for graphing, geometry, 3D, CAS, and more.

For Teachers- Using GeoGebra in mobile for online teaching (Middle School Maths)
This is a video of my presentation on March 29, 2012 at the EARCOS Teachers Conference in Bangkok, Thailand. The goal of my presentation was to share my philosophy of giving students the tools to get feedback about their work on their own, and to show some ways that Geogebra can do this fairly easily.
For more information, visit my blog at http://evanweinberg.com .
Now that all student work completed in a GeoGebra Class SAVES to students' GeoGebra profiles (for easy access later), some Ts may want to combine several #IllustrativeMathematics + #OpenUpResources #MiddleSchoolMath lessons into a single class. Here, we demonstrate how to do so in a more efficient way ( vs. https://youtu.be/AmzFZn14NQw).
The concepts of imaginary numbers and how they work in vector spaces can be difficult to understand. In this short, Grant shows how to use GeoGebra to visualize complex numbers and the effects they have when you multiply by a vector by complex number. This work was motivated by the question of what effect does a complex eigenvalue have on a vector.
