THIS CHANNEL'S BACKSTORY

One day, my son was curious about what I was doing on the computer. We got into a conversation about what Canva is and what I use it for. I started showing him all the cool things I was doing on Canva, and he looked at me... He asked, "Can I use it?" (My son was 8-years-old at the time)

Before this, I had never thought about teaching my son to use Canva, but he showed a spark of curiosity, so it began.

(I always pay close attention to the moments my son becomes curious about something.
Why? Because where curiosity goes, creativity follows.)

We started working on one project at a time. His first design was a hoodie. And when I printed his design, without him knowing, and he opened the package, held his design. His hoodie design. HE WAS THRILLED! Most importantly, he was proud of himself. He demonstrated confidence I had not seen before.

I tried looking online to see if there were videos about how to use Canva that were geared toward kids. I found nothing. This is why I have launched this educational channel, where I will produce a library of Canva projects that your children can create.

I hope to empower your children by helping them develop the skills to create all kinds of projects that will cultivate confidence, but most importantly, they will acquire life skills that will be useful for years to come.
