Contractions Chartlet
Teach your students about contractions with the contraction words poster. This bright and colorful poster features a definition of the word contraction, as it's used in grammar, and has nine examples using common words like, is, had, or not.
The back of the 17" x 22" chartlet has a resource guide with tips for teaching contractions to your students. This is a perfect poster for kindergarten through third grade classrooms or students aged five to eight. The large classroom sized chart can easily be seen from student desks or tables.
Hang it on the wall as a reference guide, actively use it in a lesson on contractions, or do both. This handy chart will ensure your students are using contractions properly.
