When we tell a story, we must follow the right order - and to indicate this order of events, we can use sequence words. In this instructional video, Owen talks about these sequence words and gives an example of how to structure a story correctly, using them.

U substitution (Integration by Substitution) is a common approach to solving integrals that contain a composition of functions. A function is contained within another function with its derivative nearby. These type of problems could be solved using U-Substitution.

The stomach is a major site of digestion. In order to digest food the stomach contains acid. This acid can be almost as strong as battery acid. The stomach also has mucus that protects the stomach from the strong acid.

In this video I will show you how to solve a rational equation for x. This example involves two rational expressions that are being subtracted and set equal to zero.

When solving rational equations, you need to multiply by some factor to cancel out the denominator. Doing this will simplify your rational equation greatly, and allow you to use basic algebraic strategies such as FOIL and the distributive property to solve for x.
