Improved math is a channel created to provide additional instruction on essential math concepts. I’m passionate about math and I know first-hand how important math concepts are in the real world.

Teachers, parents, guardians, homeschoolers, and students can use these videos to help reinforce math skills. These math videos are designed to help teach yourself math or provide self study math tools to assist when additional instruction is needed. Teaching math and learning math has changed the way many students learn in this virtual environment and during the pandemic. Having on-demand math videos can provide math tutoring needed when children are not able to get help from their teachers after school hours or when trying to do math at home.

The library of math tutorials that I create can also be used as supplemental instructional material for homeschool math. Each full-length video comes with a subsequent knowledge check or math practice problems which serve as a virtual math topic worksheet to test your understanding of each skill. These videos can be paused to work out the problems on your own, then unpaused to check your answers. All of these videos can be found under the Knowledge Check playlist.

I also have a library of shorter videos (less than 1 minute in length - shorts) that are quick math tips and tricks on basic math topics. Some of these short math help videos include problems that you can work on yourself and submit your answers in the comments. They are all listed under my Math Tips and Tricks playlist.

Improved math is creating more videos every day to cover topics from 4th grade, 5th grade, 6th grade, and 7th-grade math. The videos focus on fractions, basic math operations, geometry, and ratios but more topics are being added all the time. This physics video tutorial explains how to solve complex DC circuits using kirchoff's law. Kirchoff's current law or junction rule states that the total current entering a junction is equal to the total current leaving the junction. Kirchoff's voltage law or loop rule states that the sum of all the voltages around a loop must add to zero. You need to be able to distinguish a voltage drop from a voltage lift. Teach In Two

Do you know what mountains, hills, plateaus, and plains have in common? This video teaches kids all about landforms, particularly these four. Your kids will learn all about the different types and how they form. They will discover many interesting facts. For instance, they will learn about the Himalayas and how they make up the tallest mountain range in the world. Mount Everest is the tallest peak of the Himalayas. It's as tall as 48,000 people standing on each others' shoulders!

Hills are similar to mountains. They aren't as tall, but they form in similar ways. In fact, some mountains, including the Himalayas, started out as hills! Did you know there are two types of plateaus? All plateaus are flat and elevated, and they have steep hills and big cliffs. However, not all plateaus are the same. Dissected plateaus are created from tectonic shifts from the ground up. The Colorado Plateau is one of these. Volcanic plateaus, however, are formed from many small volcanic eruptions that build up over time. Most of the central part of the North Island of New Zealand. You will also learn about plains and how they are unique compared to the other three landforms.

This physics video tutorial provides a basic introduction into absolute pressure and gauge pressure. The gauge pressure is the difference between the absolute pressure and the atmospheric pressure. A positive gauge pressure means the absolute pressure is above the atmospheric pressure. A negative gauge pressure means the absolute pressure is less than the atmospheric pressure. This fluid mechanics video contains plenty of practice problems. This video explains how to calculate the gauge pressure of a two fluid mixture such as oil and water.
