It discusses how to calculate the time constant given the inductance and the resistance and how to determine how many time constants is required for the inductor to be 99.4% charged. This video explains how to calculate the voltage across the inductor and the resistor as well as the battery. It explains how to determine the instantaneous rate at which energy is being consumed by the resistor and the inductor. The emf induced by the inductor is dependent on the rate at which the current is changing in the circuit. This video contains plenty of examples and practice problems.

Using the basic logic gates we discussed in episode 3 we can build a circuit that stores a single bit of information, and then through some clever scaling (and of course many new levels of abstraction) we’ll show you how we can construct the modern random-access memory, or RAM, found in our computers today. RAM is the working memory of a computer. It holds the information that is being executed by the computer and as such is a crucial component for a computer to operate. Next week we’ll use this RAM, and the ALU we made last episode, to help us construct our CPU - the heart of a computer.

How Many Faces, Edges And Vertices Does A Cone Have?
Here we’ll look at how to work out the faces, edges and vertices of a cone.
We’ll start by counting the faces, these are the flat surfaces that make the cone. A cone has 1 face altogether - 1 circular base, as well as 1 curved surface.
Next we’ll work out how many edges the cone has, which are where two faces meet. A cone has 1 edge.
Next we’ll count the corners of the cone (the corners). No surprises, a cone does not have any vertices.
