Multivariable Calculus on Khan Academy: Think calculus. Then think algebra II and working with two variables in a single equation. Now generalize and combine these two mathematical concepts, and you begin to see some of what Multivariable calculus entails, only now include multi dimensional thinking. Typical concepts or operations may include: limits and continuity, partial differentiation, multiple integration, scalar functions, and fundamental theorem of calculus in multiple dimensions.

About Khan Academy: Khan Academy offers practice exercises, instructional videos, and a personalized learning dashboard that empower learners to study at their own pace in and outside of the classroom. We tackle math, science, computer programming, history, art history, economics, and more. Song Lyrics:
Here's my thumb! I have 1!
My 1 thumb is lots of fun!
Counting things is how I play!
Count to 1 all through the day!

I have eyes! 1 and 2!
My 2 eyes are very blue!
Counting things is how I play!
Count to 2 all through the day!

See the owls, there are 3!
3 brown owls up in the tree!
Counting things is how I play!
Count to 3 all through the day!

I have shells! I have 4!
4 shells from the ocean floor!
Counting things is how I play!
Count to 4 all through the day!

See the bees? There are 5!
I see 5 bees by the hive!
Counting things is how I play!
Count to 5 all through the day!

Here are chairs, with 6 bears!
6 bears sitting on 6 chairs!
Counting things is how I play!
Count to 6 all through the day!

See my coins! I have 7!
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7!
Counting things is how I play!
Count to 7 all through the day!

See the birds? There are 8!
8 birds sitting on the gate!
Counting things is how I play!
Count to 8 all through the day!

I have books! I have 9!
My 9 books are in a line!
Counting things is how I play!
Count to 9 all through the day!

See the cars? I count 10!
10 cars driving home again!
Counting things is how I play!
Count to 10 all through the day!

"The Letter Q Song" (See below for lyrics)

With its sophisticated musical style, operetta is the perfect genre for "The Letter Q Song." Operetta literally means "little opera" and originated in the mid-19th century in France to describe operas that were shorter and more comedic than traditional operas. The next time your child wants to play dress up, suggest that he or she try incorporating comical operetta voices and funny costumes!

About Us:
ABCmouse.com is an award-winning website that uses a variety of activities, including these songs, to help children build a strong foundation for future academic success. Song Lyrics:
When you see a q, and it's next to a u, it sounds like "qu,"
as in quack-quack and quail,
qu-qu-qu-quiver and qu-qu-qu-quiz.
What a quality letter this letter q is!

Q is for quake! When something starts quaking,
there'll be lots of rumbling and rattling and shaking!
Q is for quilt—a warm cozy spread.
Just like a blanket, it goes on your bed!

Q is for questions—things you want to know—
like, "What is a quince? Where does a quince grow?"
Q is for quick! Quick means to be fast.
If you run very quickly, you won't come in last!

Quiddily quiddily diddly doo—this is a song that is all about q.
Quiddily quiddily diddly dee—q is the letter that comes after p!

Q is for queen! The queen's name is Alice.
She lives with King Quincy in quite a nice palace.
Shhh! Try to whisper, the queen is asleep.
Q is for quiet, so don't make a peep!

Q's for quartet—that means there are four.
And q's for quintet! Just add one more!
A set of four singers is called a quartet.
A quintet means that there are five in the set! Five in the set!

Quiddily quiddily diddly doo—this is a song that is all about q.
Quiddily quiddily diddly dee—q is the letter that comes after p!

Now you know lots of words starting with q.
Now it's time to quit.
To quit means, "I'm through!"
Yes, it's true!

Quiddily quiddily diddly doo—this was a song that was all about q.
Quiddily quiddily diddly dee—q is the letter that comes after p!
Q is the letter that comes after p!

The Quantum Technology in Your Pocket
The Quantum Technology in Your Pocket Teacherflix 6 Views • 8 months ago

You might not know that you use quantum technologies every day pretty much constantly. Here I have summarised five of them, but there are many others. Quantum physics is often seen as a weird part of physics, far removed from our every day lives but this couldn’t be further from the truth. The entire modern world exists because of our understanding of quantum physics!

Hablar sobre la Rutina Diaria en Español - Expresiones, Verbos y Más!
Hablar sobre la Rutina Diaria en Español - Expresiones, Verbos y Más! Teacherflix 7 Views • 7 months ago

- ¿A qué hora te levantas?
- ¿Qué haces después de levantarte?
- ¿Dónde almuerzas normalmente?
- ¿Qué haces por la tarde?
- ¿A qué hora te acuestas?

- Siempre me levanto temprano.
- Nunca me acuesto tarde.

Latin American Revolutions: Crash Course World History #31
Latin American Revolutions: Crash Course World History #31 Teacherflix 12 Views • 2 years ago

In which John Green talks about the many revolutions of Latin America in the 19th century. At the beginning of the 1800s, Latin America was firmly under the control of Spain and Portugal. The revolutionary zeal that had recently created the United States and had taken off Louis XVI's head in France arrived in South America, and a racially diverse group of people who felt more South American than European took over. John covers the soft revolution of Brazil, in which Prince Pedro boldly seized power from his father, but promised to give it back if King João ever returned to Brazil. He also covers the decidedly more violent revolutions in Mexico, Venezuela, and Argentina. Watch the video to see Simón Bolívar's dream of a United South America crushed, even as he manages to liberate a bunch of countries and get two currencies and about a thousand schools and parks named after him.
