Today you will learn about the amazing animals called penguins. Did you know that penguins are birds? Like all birds, penguins are warm-blooded, have beaks and feathers, and lay eggs. However, penguins cannot fly. Instead of wings, they have flippers, which makes them excellent swimmers.
There are many types of penguins, and they differ in size and by the black and white patterns on their heads. Some species of penguins are the Little Penguin, the Rockhopper Penguin, the Adelie Penguin, the African Penguin, the King Penguin, and the Emperor Penguin.
Penguins are hunters. They hunt in the ocean, and their main food is fish. They can also eat krill, squid, and other small ocean creatures. Penguinsโ enemies at sea are larger predators โ such as sharks, orcas, and seals.
Penguins live only in the southern hemisphere. Most of them live in Antarctica which is an icy continent at the South Pole. You can also see penguins on the coasts of Africa, Australia, and South America.
Penguins have a thick layer of fat and tightly packed feathers which makes it possible for them to live in very cold climates. When on the ground, they hop or waddle on their hind feet. Penguins can also lie on their stomachs and slide quickly on ice and snow. Usually, penguins live in huge colonies, up to several thousand animals in one place. This helps them protect themselves and their babies against predators and keep warm in low temperatures. Penguins form pairs to lay eggs and take care of the chicks. The mother penguin lays one or two eggs, and the two parents sit on the eggs in turns to keep them warm.
Penguins are very friendly and curious animals. They have no fear of people and eagerly approach them.

Letโs help a monkey to find the perfect shaped key for him to unlock all the treasure chests placed in front of him. This video will help your kids to learn basic shapes. Here we have a little monkey who discovered four chests with so much treasure in it. But for opening the chests, the monkey is looking for the right key that fits into the keyholes. Letโs help him out:
For the first treasure chest box, the keyhole is square, so the monkey will choose the square-shaped key for opening it. For the second treasure chest box, the keyhole is a circle in shape, so monkey will choose circle shape key for opening it.
Coming to the third treasure chest, the keyhole has a triangle shape, so the monkey has to choose a triangle-shaped key to open the box. Last treasure box has robust shape keyhole, so the monkey has to choose robust shape key to open the box.
At last, you have successfully helped the monkey to open the treasure chest, and now the monkey can take the entire treasure with him. These are some basic shapes for kids that can help them to understand that what shape is in front of them.
Watch this video along with your kids because these shapes for toddlers are really useful to learn. Let them help the monkey to find treasure once again!

This is one of the fantastic categorical training exercises that is taught to kids before preschool about how to sort objects into groups. This is the thing that a child starts understanding from the time he/she starts to observe different things with different behaviors. Just like when a specific call voice of their father or mother is heard by a kid, they will start to run to them. Because they have categorized the multiple voices into categories and they can understand the difference.
The problem is some kids face difficulty in categorizing multiple diverse objects and situation, or they are just not much conscious about their surrounding diversity. Here at preschool sorting objects classes, they will be taught all about that. Children sort and classify multiple objects by organizing the basic understanding of the language, about the people and the certain objects of their surrounding environment. Each and every new word and unique experience that is attached to the new venture of encounter and is also cataloged with it. This new experience will let your child begin to self-construct an observatory understanding different partsโ relation to each other and with the environment. The sorting of objects for kidโs first step where your kid will learn the core observation skills of sorting, matching and classifying.
The sorting objects will help your kid to learn where the right place for everything is and thus they will move that thing to its real place. This is that skills which most of us parents lack, we have to put everything in its own place whether that thing is a person or any other thing. Your kid will learn this basic skill and will always keep everything and everyone in their places. It is time that you teach your kid how to sort objects into groups in preschool classes so he can be a better and smart person in the future.

In this fun educational video we learn about Abraham Lincoln for Kids. This is an engaging introduction to the life of Abraham Lincoln and answers many questions including: "What is the Emancipation Proclamation?", "Who is Abraham Lincoln?", "What did Abraham Lincoln do?" and many others! He is one of the most important presidents of the United States that we have ever had and played a vitally important role in the abolition of slavery in the United States. Let's learn about "The Great Emancipator" Abraham Lincoln together.
Abraham Lincoln was the 16th President of the United States. He was born on February 12, 1809 in Kentucky. Lincoln educated himself using borrowed books. He never went to a formal school and at age 25 he got into politics and became an Illinois legislator. He began studying the law and worked as a lawyer, and later became a U.S. Congressman, but then lost trying to become a Senator. He argued against slavery, and fought hard his whole life to end that practice. In 1860 he became the President of the United States and during his term the United States broke out into a Civil War largely because of differing views about Slavery.
During the war Lincoln singed the Emancipation Proclamation that eventually lead to the 13th Amendment which ultimately helped abolish Slavery and freed millions of slaves. At the height of the Civil War he gave one of the most famous speeches in History...The Gettysburg Address. He was instrumental in the Civil War Victory and changed the path of history forever. We hope you and your kids enjoy learning about Abraham Lincoln.

WEBSITE: http://www.teachertube.com Mr. Danielczyk shows how to solve a quadratic formula problem when the equation equals a number instead of zero.
WEBSITE: http://www.teachertube.com using a straight edge and a compass to bisect a segment.
Please note: this trick works for the SAT and the ACT, and for any other multiple choice math test as well! Also, as a lot of you have pointed out in the comments, this problem isn't particularly tough - and you're right! I'm just using this problem as an example. This trick is NOT better than just solving the math problem on your own if you know how. It IS a lot better than randomly guessing - so, if you're stuck on a problem, or if you're out of time, this trick will give you a far better than random chance of getting the right answer!
