In this video, we will learn about the real name for shooting stars: meteors! Your student(s) will learn all about these fiery rocks. More specifically, they will learn that meteors have a few different names depending on where they are on their journey to the earth's surface. They start out as meteoroids. Meteoroids are pieces of metal or rock that break off comets or asteroids when they crash into each other in space. They are not actually called meteors until they begin to fall toward Earth's atmosphere! Then, if they make it through, they get a new name again once they've landed somewhere on the earth: meteorites.
Your student(s) will learn about the both the biggest and oldest meteorites that have been discovered. The largest meteorite is named Hoba, which means gift, located in Namibia, Africa. It weighs 60 tons, which is 120,000 pounds! And the oldest meteorite is named the Fukang Meteorite. It was discovered near Fukang, China, and is believed to be about 4.5 billion years old. That means that it is about the same age, or even older, than our planet!
Children will also love learning about meteor showers. Meteor showers can be predicted throughout the year. It looks like hundreds or even thousands of shooting stars falling from the sky.

This chemistry video tutorial provides a basic introduction into unit cell and crystal lattice structures. It highlights the key differences between the simple cubic unit cell, the body centered cubic structure and the face centered cubic structure in table format. The full version of this video provides the number of atoms per unit cell / coordination number, the atomic packing factor / fractional volume efficiency, and the formulas for the edge length calculation of each unit cell which can be useful to calculate the density of the crystal structure given the atomic radius and vice versa. Chain Reaction in Nuclear Fission: When slow neutrons are bombarded on uranium, each uranium nucleus is broken in to two almost equal parts and along with it enormous energy and two or three trash neutrons are emitted. If the conditions are favorable, these neutrons take part in the fission.This leads to a chain of nuclear fissions which continues till the whole of the Uranium is consumed. Thus the energy produced keep on multiplying.We have seen that about 200 MeV MeV- mega electron volts of energy is released due to fission of 1 Uranium nucleus. In this chain reaction, the number of nuclei undergoing fission increases very rapidly, hence the energy produced acquires an enormous amount very soon."The chain reaction is a series of nuclear fissions in which the neutrons produced in each fission cause additional fissions."This chain reaction liberate tremendous amount of energy within short interval of time. But sustaining a self--propagating chain reaction is not easy in practice, because the progressive chain reaction is inhibited due to the following reasons.A Ordinary uranium consists of three isotopes 92U238 92 Uranium 238, 92U236 92 Uranium 236 and 92U235 92 Uranium 235. The major part of ordinary uranium is the isotope 92U238 92 Uranium 238 the remaining are rare. Now, 92U238 92 Uranium 238 can be fissioned only with fast neutrons 1 MeV while 92U235 can be fissioned with slow as well as slow and fast neutrons. Neutrons having energy less than 1 MeV are absorbed by 92U238 through these low energy neutrons can take part is the fission of 92U235 but the probability of their absorption by U238 is much more. Thus the fresh neutrons released in the fission of ordinary uranium being absorbed by U238 are not able continue the chain reaction. This difficulty can be removed in the following two ways: The lighter isotope U235 can be separated from the ordinary uranium by diffusion method. The fission of U235 is now possible by neutrons of any energy high or low. So chain reaction continuous as shows in above.The second way is to slow down the neutrons by any method. So that their energy remains 0.03 eV This can be achieved with help of moderators, which reduce the speed of neutrons very rapidly. Graphite and heavy water are good moderators.The second difficulty in maintaining the chain reaction is that the fast neutrons released by the fission of U235 travel a distance of about 10 centimeter in the substance before they are slow down and fission other nuclei.Therefore, to continue the chain--reaction, the size of the fissionable substance should be bigger than a certain critical size.

Nouns can also be classified as concrete nouns or abstract nouns. Concrete nouns are nouns that represent things that you can touch, see, or feel, such as "ball" or "tree." Abstract nouns are nouns that represent ideas, feelings, or qualities, such as "happiness" or "beauty."

Nouns can also be possessive, which means that they show ownership or possession. To form the possessive of a noun, you can add an apostrophe and -s to the end of the word, or you can just add an apostrophe if the noun is already plural.
For example, the possessive form of the singular noun "dog" is "dog's," and the possessive form of the plural noun "cats" is "cats'."
It's important to use nouns correctly in language, as incorrect usage can change the meaning of a sentence. It's also important to be aware of the different types of nouns and how they are used in order to improve your language skills.
