Exponent notation (also called index notation) is a shorthand way of writing repeated multiplication. The base is the number that is being multiplied and the exponent (index) is the number of time it is multiplied.

How do you solve conditional probability examples?
What is the probability of an event A given that event B has occurred?
This is conditional probability, solved by the formula that P(A|B) which reads "probability of A given B" is equal to the P(A intersect B)/P(B).

Conditional Probability Formula: P(A|B) = P(A and B)/P(B)

We look at the trigonometric functions: sine, cosine, and tangent used to work out sides and angles in right angle triangles.
