Lesson Title: Divisibility Rules
File: Interactive Math PowerPoint presentation
Grade: 6
Dividing by 1:
All numbers are divisible by 1.
Divisible by 2:
All even numbers are divisible by 2.
Even numbers are numbers that end with either 2, 4, 6, 8, or 0.
Divisible by 3:
Add up the digits of the number.
If that number is divisible by 3, then the original number is.
If your sum is still a big number, continue to add the digits.
Dividing by 4:
If the last 2 digits together are divisible by 4.
Dividing by 5:
If the number ends in 5 or 0.
Dividing by 6:
If the number is divisible by 2 and 3.
Divisible by 7:
There is no specific rule. It can be done through manual division.
Divisible by 8:
If the last three digits are divisible by 8.
If the number is divisible by 2, then by 2 again, and then by 2 again.
Divisible by 9;
The same as dividing by 3.
Add up all the digits.
If that number is divisible by 9 then it is divisible by 9.
Dividing by 10:
If the number ends with a 0.

According to the Cambridge Dictionary, the word โgambitโ is defined as โa clever action in a situation that is intended to achieve an advantage that usually involves taking a riskโ.
During Operation Acid Gambit, a disastrous rescue mission that was only supposed to take four and a half minutes and be one of the opening operations of the 1989 US invasion of Panama, Delta Force found themselves in a situation so sticky that it was sheer luck, rather than tactical gambits, that got them out alive.

Use these short cuts to help you learn the 8 phases of the moon
The 8 phases are,
New Moon
Waxing Crescent
1st Quarter
Waxing Gibbous
Full Moon
Waning Gibbous
Last Quarter
Waning Crescent
It takes the moon 29.5 days to go through these 8 phases.
I provide pictures to help you learn the moon phases

In this video, I will show you how to round decimals to the nearest hundredth. First, you need to identify the hundredth place value which is 2 to the right of the decimal. Next, look at the number next to the hundredth place on the right. If that number is 5 or greater, then you round up the hundredth place to the next digit. If it is 4 or less, you round down (which means keep it the same).

Improved math is a channel created to provide additional instruction on essential math concepts. Iโm passionate about math and I know first-hand how important math concepts are in the real world.
Teachers, parents, guardians, homeschoolers, and students can use these videos to help reinforce math skills. These math videos are designed to help teach yourself math or provide self-study math tools to assist when additional instruction is needed. Teaching math and learning math has changed the way many students learn in this virtual environment. Having on-demand math videos can provide math tutoring needed when children are not able to get help from their teachers after school hours or when trying to do math at home.
The library of math tutorials that I create can also be used as supplemental instructional material for homeschool math. Each full-length video comes with a subsequent knowledge check or math practice problems which serve as a virtual math topic worksheet to test your understanding of each skill. These videos can be paused to work out the problems on your own, then unpaused to check your answers. All of these videos can be found under the Knowledge Check playlist.
I also have a library of shorter videos (less than 1 minute in length - shorts) that are quick math tips and tricks on basic math topics. Some of these short math help videos include problems that you can work on yourself and submit your answers in the comments. They are all listed under my Math Tips and Tricks playlist.
Improved math is creating more videos every day to cover topics from 4th grade, 5th grade, 6th grade, and 7th-grade math. The videos focus on fractions, basic math operations, geometry, and ratios but more topics are being added all the time. If there is a specific topic you would like to see covered, drop me a comment in one of my videos and let me know!
Free math help videos will be posted every Thursday and Friday. For additional math resources, check out my math help website at improvedmath.com where I post math worksheets and answers along with additional context on math basics.

This physics video tutorial explains how to solve series and parallel circuits. It explains how to calculate the current in amps through each resistor and the voltage in volts across each resistor with three resistors in series and parallel combination using a few simple formulas including ohm's law. Parallel resistors form a current division circuit and series resistors form a voltage division circuit. This video also explains how to calculate the electric power delivered by the battery in watts and the power absorbed by the resistors.

Physical Properties of Materials | Science Video For Kids | Kids Academy
Science is interesting and we all know that very well but this is something your kids arenโt aware of and if they find it hard to grasp some concepts regarding science, donโt worry and donโt lose hope because there are plenty of ways you can teach science for kids. Speaking of science, if your little one has finally reached that stage in his academics where he is supposed to learn about different materials, objects, and their properties then this is the right place for you.
We are going to summarize some of the best techniques right in front of you. These techniques will help your children in observing properties so yes, you need to give them a try. For starters, you should opt for Youtube videos and online tutorials that can come in handy to you in this process. You see, audios and the visuals used in online videos are extremely useful so you should give them a try.
At the end of the day, you need to do something that can help your child in focusing on the subject. Once they become interested in learning materials properties, everything will fall into place for you and you will have the results right away.
If not online videos then you can even try different games. For example, you can use some objects from your houses like a mouse, a pair of scissors or some other metal or rubber products and then play a guessing game. Yes, itโs going to take some time and yes, you might find it hard in the beginning but we assure you that with consistent effort, you will witness the results and the changes!

This algebra video tutorial provides a basic introduction into inverse functions. it explains how to find the inverse function by switching the x and y variables. It also explains how to prove if two functions are inverses of each by checking to see if the composite functions of f(g(x)) and g(f(x)) are equal to x. In addition, it explains how to graph the inverse function around the line y=x. Finally, it highlights the difference between the vertical line test and the horizontal line test as it relates to one to one functions and inverse functions. The vertical line test tells if a relation is a function. The horizontal line test tells you if the function is one to one and if the inverse relation is a function.

This physics video tutorial provides a basic introduction into PV diagrams. It explains how to calculate the work done by a gas for an isobaric process, isochoric process, isothermal process, and an adiabatic process. It also explains how to calculate work done for a cyclic process. This video explains how to calculate the work performed by the gas given pressure and volume values in units of Pa and m^3 as well as atm and L. The first problem explains how to calculate work done during an isobaric expansion and the second problem discusses the work done for an isochoric compression. This thermodynamics video tutorial contains many examples and practice problems.
