An agricultural tech company with 110 Claude users woke up to mass suspension emails. No warning. No explanation. No response.

⚠️ WHAT HAPPENED
• 110 seats on Claude Team plan — ALL suspended overnight
• No admin notification beforehand
• No policy violation cited
• API account kept charging but locked admins out of billing
• Google Form appeal → radio silence for 2+ days

❌ 3 PROBLEMS
1. One user's behavior = entire org banned
2. No warning means you can't course-correct
3. No human response path — just a Google Form

✅ PROTECT YOURSELF
• Never rely on a single AI provider (have Codex/Gemini backup)
• Export important projects regularly
• Document your use cases (agriculture, defense, healthcare = higher risk)
• Know that Team plans have zero admin guardrails for individual seats

Announcements included a new family of their Gemini 3.5 AI model which will add personalized AI in a whole suite of systems. Starting today, Gemini 3.5 Flash will be the default model for the Gemini app and AI Mode in Search and agent-first coding.
