Learn how to solve percent of videos. In this video I solve,
80% of what number is 12.
In order to solve this video you can use the formula is over of equal percent over 100
Learn how to find mean, median, mode, and range with a frequency table. A frequency table organizes data so finding the range is easy. For the range just subtract the smallest from the largest number.
The mode is the number that appears most often.
The median is the number in the middle and the mean is the average.
I show you how to find each of these statistics easily from a frequency table.

Balancing Chemical Equations the easy way-- Learn how to balance basic chemical equations.
The easy method for balancing equatons is to draw a line from the arrow,
Next list the elements involved in starting with the metals and then non-metals, then oxygen, then hydrogen.
Now, start balancing the metals first and work down the list of elements.
Another helpful hint, if you just can't seem to balance the equation, stop and double check the number of atoms you counted at the beginning and start over from the metals.

Voluntary and Involuntary muscles
Our muscular system allows us to move inside and outside.
Humans have an amazing range of movement.
There are two major types of muscular movement.
Voluntary and involuntary
Let’s look at the typing to help understand the difference between voluntary and involuntary muscles.
When we control the muscles in the hands and arms and tell the muscles which keys to press, these movements would be considered voluntary
At the same time, cardiac muscles of the heart, and muscles that help you breathe are working automatically to keep you alive..
These muscle movements are involuntary.
The motor cortex is the region of the cerebral cortex involved in the planning, control, and execution of voluntary movements.
Your brain sends signals down the central nervous system and then the peripheral nervous system to stimulate muscle movement.
Involuntary muscles run automatically. There are two major types.
Our smooth muscles and our cardiac or heart muscle.
Involuntary muscles are controlled in the medulla oblongata which is located in the brainstem,
This portion of the brain controls involuntary movements such as breathing, digestion, heart rate, and more.
In summary, muscles we can control are voluntary
and our automatic muscles are involuntary muscles.

Symmetry in animals
In this video, you will learn about two types of symmetry, radial, and bilateral symmetry.
Animals with radial symmetry are circular in shape and bilateral symmetry results in an animal with two equal sides.
Igneous Rocks are created from molten rock that is either on the surface (lava) or inside the Earth ( magma)

Transparent material allows visible light to pass through it. Some of the light may be absorbed, but it is possible to see objects through the material.
Translucent materials allow some light through them but it is scattered so it is impossible to see a clear image through the material.
Opaque materials don't let light through them at all. The light is either reflected or absorbed.

In this video you will learn how a histogram is different than a bar chart.
Welcome to MooMooMath where we upload a new Math video everyday
In this video I would like to talk about the difference between a histogram and a bar graph.
A histogram and a bar chart both ways to graph data.
Both have an x and y axis, and both use a bar to display the data.
With a histogram the categories are numerical.
For example, notice on this histogram the x axis is the age of people in the room. The ages are grouped in a numerical range.
In this next example, the histogram is graphing the score on a test and the number of people who scored in each range.
Also, the bars of a histogram touch
A bar graph uses categories such as types of movies, color of eyes, and the bars do not touch
For example, in this bar graph the categories are grade level and the number of students in each grade level.
Notice that the bars do not touch
In another example, the categories are types of videos and the number of videos in each type.
Again, the bars do not touch
In summary, histograms have bars that touch and use quantities.
A bar graph have bars that don't touch and use categorical data.

Bill Gates has a net worth of around 93,000,000,000 dollars.
This is a large number to write.
A nanometer is 1/ billionth of a meter which is written as 0.000000001 m
Both of these numbers can be written using scientific notation.
Bill Gates net worth could be written as 9.3 x 10^10
A nanometer can be written as 1.0 x 10^-9
Lets go over the basics of scientific notation
9.3 x 10^8
The coefficient must be between 1 and 10
The exponent should be an integer and can be positive of negative
If you have to move the decimal to the left , the exponent will be positive
If you have to move the decimal to the right the exponent will be negative
530,000 5.3×10^5
First example. In this example we do not have a decimal so you can assume it is after the last zero. The coefficient must be between 1 and 10 so we need to move the decimal five places to the left because 5.3 is between 1 and 10
The exponent will be positive so it will be written as 5.3 x 10 5
.00078 x 10^-4
In this example in order for the coefficient to be between 1 and 10 we need to move the decimal four places to the right 7.8 is between 1 and 10
We need to move the decimal to the right so the exponent will be negative
The scientific notation will equal 7.8 x 10^ -4
Where does the sunrise and set?
In this video, I will explain why the sun rises in the east and sets in the west.
The sun only sets due east two times a year.
During the spring and autumn equinox, the sun sets due east. After this, the sunsets either further north or south.
Learn all about our Global winds. These include the Polar Easterlies, the Westerlies, and the trade winds.
Global winds are created from the unequal heating of the Earth and the Coriolis effect.
At some locations on Earth, there are locations of little wind. At the equator, you will find the Doldrums and at 30 degrees north and south you will find the Horse latitudes.

Periodic Table Basics Learn how to use information from the periodic table to find the number of protons, neutrons, and electrons of an element. The atomic number tells you the number of protons. The electrons can be found using the atomic number minus the charge and the atomic mass can be used to find the neutrons.

How does oxygen enter the body. The respiratory system is designed to exchange oxygen for carbon dioxide. The respiratory system is vital for the production of ATP. The mitochondria uses oxygen in order to produce ATP. In addition, it is designed to get rid of the waster product carbon dioxide.
