When we know how we feel, we can communicate that to the people around us. Also, if we learn to recognize our own emotions, we can better understand how other people are feeling.

Educational video for children to learn how it works and which parts of the body are related to the sense of touch, which allows us to detect, identify and distinguish among the properties of the objects and the world around us. Thanks to it, we can perceive temperature, forms or textures. Also thanks to it, we can perceive pain. The skin is the sense organ of touch, and it is divided into different layers: epidermis, dermis and hypodermis. In this video, children will discover what each layer is meant for and what is the overall function of the sense of touch. If we touch something hot, receptors and nerve endings in our skin collect the different sensations and send the information to the brain through the nerve endings. The brain will be in charge to recognize the shape of the object, its texture and of course its temperature. In addition, the video ends with some correct skincare recommendations.

Block programming uses colored pieces that contain the commands we want to transmit to something or someone.

The movement blocks are blue and allow the characters or robots to move from one place to another; but, they also tell them to perform other movements such as jumps, turns or tilts. There are also control orange blocks that help you repeat an action as many times as you want and set conditions. Sound is a phenomenon that occurs when an objects vibrations are transmitted through a solid, liquid or gaseous medium until they reach our ears. Sources of sound are objects, things, or materials that vibrate producing sound. They are two types of sound, natural, such as thunder, or artificial, such as a guitar.

Sounds have three main characteristics that help us differentiate them from each other: loudness, pitch and timbre. Loudness is energy that is produced by sound waves. The unit of measurement for loudness is a decibel. The second characteristic of sound is pitch, which depends on how many vibrations or waves take place in each second. The third characteristic of sound is timbre. It depends on its wave shape and it allows us to distinguish sounds even if they have the same loudness and pitch. An echo is an acoustic phenomenon that occurs when a sound wave hits an obstacle and it is reflected back to us. This is a very useful and interesting video for children to learn about the qualities of sound. It is an excellent video for early childhood education.
